Order Process:
New Orders:

We offer two options for placing your orders 

‘Automatic Confirmation’
Orders are placed, we respond with our confirmation when processed.
Orders are put into production 24 hours after acknowledgement, unless cancelled or changed.
This is the default for orders placed online

‘Manual Confirmation’
Orders are placed, we respond with our confirmation when processed.
Orders will not be put into production until we receive confirmation from you.

Elysiam Painted Orders Policy
All painted orders are accepted exclusively by RAL colour code. We do not assume responsibility for matching orders to existing colours or RAL codes from other manufacturers, whether provided verbally or in writing.
To ensure accuracy, we strongly recommend obtaining a colour sample from us before proceeding with your order. This allows verification of the selected RAL code and ensures satisfaction with the final finish.
