Steel-look aluminium internal doors without the visual weight
Internal aluminium doors divide a room without closing it off. Slim frames and large areas of glass allow light to move between spaces while creating a clear architectural separation.
Armstrong Industries fabricates the Aluna+ interior system for trade customers. The range combines slim aluminium sections with configurable glazing bars, single or double swing doors, fixed panes and corner arrangements.
It works equally well in contemporary homes, renovation projects, offices and other commercial interiors where a clean steel-look appearance is required.

Coated & Privacy Glass for Internal Aluminium Doors
Coated Glass Options applied inhouse
Our internal aluminium doors can be specified with a range of coated glass finishes, allowing you to control both the level of privacy and the overall appearance of the door.
From completely clear glass through to highly obscured frosted finishes, each option changes the character of the door while still allowing light to pass between rooms.
Clear Glass — 0% opacity
The cleanest and most open option, giving maximum light transmission and visibility. Ideal where the aluminium frame itself is the main architectural feature.
Smoke / Graphite — approximately 25–35% opacity
A contemporary darker finish that works particularly well with black aluminium frames. It adds a degree of privacy while retaining good light transmission and a strong modern appearance.
Bronze Grey — approximately 25–30% opacity
A warmer alternative to conventional grey glass. The subtle bronze tone softens the appearance of the black frame and works particularly well in residential interiors.
Neutral Grey — approximately 35–45% opacity
A balanced option combining privacy with good levels of transmitted light. The neutral colour gives a clean architectural appearance without introducing a strong colour tone.
Frosted White — approximately 65–80% opacity
For areas where privacy is more important, the frosted white finish significantly obscures the view while still allowing natural light through. Ideal for offices, bathrooms, utility spaces and internal room divisions.
The level of opacity can be varied to suit the application, allowing installers and designers to balance privacy, light transmission and interior style.
